Tindall received the Patriot Award in honor of their support of an employee currently serving in the National Guard Reserves.
The Patriot Award reflects the efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide-range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed.
Onya Haskins is a Drafting Technician in the Georgia Division’s Engineering Department and a Military Police Officer in the Army National Guard. The Office of the Secretary of Defense recognized her supervisor, Spring McEwen, Engineering Manager, for her continuous support while Haskins balances training schedules with her responsibilities at Tindall.
