Tindall Mississippi Recognized with Best Place to Work Award

Tindall Corporation’s Mississippi Division has been named a 2018 Best Places to work finalist by the Mississippi Business Journal. This award recognizes Tindall’s exceptional company culture that provides outstanding opportunities for employees to learn, grow, and excel in the workplace and at home. The 130 team members of the Mississippi Division were asked to complete a confidential survey – facilitated by Mississippi Business Journal – about their experience working in the company.

“It is an honor to be recognized as one of the best places to work in MS,” said Mac Freeman, Vice President and General Manager of Tindall’s Mississippi Division.

Tindall offers professional development through workplace opportunities and educational courses, it also provides personal growth through Tindall Coaching, a volunteer mentorship program that identifies pathways and goals for achievement. Tindall’s community fostering is not limited to the company. Tindall impacts the greater Mississippi community through the Community Outreach Committee to brainstorm how the company can aid surrounding areas. Tindall employees support numerous organizations such as American Red Cross, American Heart Association, and the Dream Program.

Over the past ten years, Tindall’s Mississippi plant has not only been considered a great place to work because of the environment, but also because of the innovative precast solutions. Tindall is responsible for producing the pylons greeting Louisiana State University fans at Tiger Stadium and the Precast/Prestressed Institute (PCI) award-winning parking deck at The Park at South Market in New Orleans.
